Fin

Today is our last full day in Europe. We went to the Tower of London today and the Tower Bridge. The day was really chilly and rainy so we took it pretty easy. In a little bit we are going to head out and get some afternoon tea. We check out tomorrow and our flight should land us back in the States late on Thursday night.

So long everyone! We can't wait to see you all when we get back!

Tuesday in London

Today we went to Buckingham Palace and we were able to take a tour of the state rooms, which was awesome (unfortunately they would not allow pictures inside). Then we went to St. Paul's Cathedral, which was beautiful, but again did not allow pictures inside. We traveled on the tube today which was actually quite easy to navigate and very convenient. Tomorrow is our last full day in London :( See you all soon!

Day one in London

Hello from London! Below are pictures from Monday, our first full day. We saw the city from atop the London Eye, walked around Big Ben and Parliament, toured Westminster Abbey, and even saw "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" at a theater. The show was great and we had a very eventful day.

The good news is that we finally got Julie 's luggage. We had to dig through back rooms at Rome's airport but eventually we found it.

Last Day in Rome

Hello! Today was 0ur last day in Rome. We went to the Trevi Fountain, The Spanish Steps, and The Basillica de Santa Maria Maggiore. We also stumbled upon Santa Maria del Popolo, which houses Caravaggio's Crucifixion of St. Peter.

Tomorrow we head off to London!

Another Day In Rome

We visited the Colosseum today and it was really cool! We took a guided tour. It was a very cold and rainy day, so after the Colosseum we just had a lazy afternoon. We went to a delicious little restaurant and had some amazing pizza! For dinner, we went to the same fantastic restaurant that we went to last night. Everything there is so yummy!! We had bruschetta, caprese salad and homemade pasta, which is unbelievable!!! The last picture is for you Aunt Chris- I hope you like the baby bump! Oh by the way, my luggage still is not here- can you freaking believe that?!?!

Hello From Rome!

Today we spent most of the day at The Vatican City. We saw St. Peter's Basilica, The Sistine Chapel (sorry no pics were allowed) and the crypt under St. Peter's which housed the remains of past popes. Tonight we had fantastic pasta at a nearby restaurant to our hotel. Rumor has it that Julie might actually get her bag by tomorrow morning. We will believe it when we see it!

Paris is a wrap!

Just a few pics from our days in Paris. We will shoot some more up if we get a chance. We head out to Rome tomorrow morning. For the record, we did not take all the pictures in one day. We are wearing the same clothes because the airport lost both of our bags and didn't deliver mine until yesterday. (Julie's is still MIA)
